PHFR: 9/19

Linking up with Like Mother, Like Daughter for this week's {pretty, happy, funny, real}

{pretty}

They sure think they're pretty!  I need to actually attach this mirror to the wall, because they absolutely adore giggling at their reflections in it!

{happy}

Well, this certainly made me happy - John Paul got all the things down necessary to make the two of them trail mix for snack, gave each of them a handful of nuts, raisins, craisins, and banana chips, closed the bags, and put them all away.  All while I nursed one baby and Cecilia played with another!

Then he took their plates to the table and moved their chairs so that they could sit next to each other.

{funny}

It's like they're conspiring together!
But mostly they're just stealing each other's toys!

And another {funny}:

I told her to smell the flower, hoping for a pretty picture...

And this is what I got!

{real}

They sure love their dad!  And a recorder never fails to entrance a baby.

  1. It's so funny to see that twins like looking at their reflections as much as singletons. I would think they look at themselves all day long (by looking at their twin's face) and a mirror wouldn't be as enticing. Maybe it's because they are not identical?

    Also, now my baby is craving some banana chips, thanks for that. And go JP! He is totally stepping into his big brother role like a champ!

  2. Yay JP! That's so cute of him to do that! My kids love the mirror, too. I think Joe is mildly concerned about Grace's narcissism, but it's so funny to watch her talk to herself in the mirror when she doesn't realize I'm paying attention!

  3. My baby is really narcissist as well..always looking in the mirror. She even kisses herself in the mirror...it's the funniest thing. She leans in and kisses herself on the lips.
