My Sunday Best, Volume 80: Hair Ribbons and Praising Babies

Fun fact: I didn't know how to properly tie a bow (so that it actually lies nicely) until... This week. I think I finally have it, though! So the girls all happily wore hair ribbons today, then complained when they slipped out because ribbon is slippery and so is their hair. You win some, you lose some.

99 pictures and not a single one in focus. Story of my life.

Edith actually made it through quite a bit of Mass before I needed to take her out - all the way to the consecration! Then when we went back in to gather the other kids at the end of Mass and the organ started, she started clapping her hands and throwing them in the air to say, "PRAISE!!!" It's her cutest, most amazing trick. Best baby? Well, cutest at least ;)

I was excited to look through the GIANT bin of 12-24 month girl clothes to pull out some new warmer things for her - cute hand-me-downs are my favorite! Her jumper has little foxes chasing butterflies on the bottom and it's amazing.

Exciting news! If you're new to Stitch Fix, you can try it FREE, with the styling fee waived in November and December! You have to click through this link (my affiliate link, so thank you thank you thank you!) to get the deal, and definitely let me know if you have any questions - I've used it a bunch and it's super-fun, especially if you can try it risk-free. They offer men's, maternity, plus sizes, and standard sizes now, so there's something for everyone!

If you're like me and had a bunch of Christmas presents in your Amazon cart, check and see if you qualify for their current promo - spend $75 on qualifying toys, get a $10 credit to use later. If you don't already have a Playmobil nativity, it's one of our favorites, and will help you reach the threshold!

And the giveaway has ended, but you can still shop from all the shops in my gift guide! Several of them have new offerings - Kristy's rosary bracelets would make perfect stocking stuffers, she was kind enough to send one for John Paul and one for Cecilia and they are SO pleased with them!

We've got a busy week this week, with THREE birthdays and three kids who actually care enough about birthdays for me to need to make a fuss now... Then next week we have Cecilia's feast day and Thanksgiving (can we just make that the birthday party for the twins, Peter, AND Edith?) and Edith's birthday the week after. November is busy!!

Your turn!

Post your outfit details & links or not, regale us all with your children's antics, reflect deeply on the readings, or just do a straight picture post - anything goes as long as you actually wore your outfit to church. The link-up is open until Friday, so you've got plenty of time to add your post!

Just a few ground rules before you link up:

1. Please include a photo of what you wore to church this week.

2. Please link back to this post in the body of your post, so your readers know where to find other posts (posts not mentioning "My Sunday Best" or not linking back to this post will be subject to removal).

3. Please visit some other posts in the link-up & leave a nice comment - this is all about affirming each other and building community, not just link dropping :)

4. Make sure the link you add is a link to your specific post or instagram picture (hashtag #mysundaybest and mention me in your caption, @rosiehill425 so I don't miss it!), not just your blog address.

5. Enjoy, and thanks for linking up!
