But! Look! I got to meet Kelly!
We talked about math and Latin. You totally wish you could have been a fly on the wall!
And I met a reader all the way from Miami! She was the sweetest, sweetest ever and made me smile :)
Then yesterday we had friends over in the morning, and they raise rabbits and she sexed ours for us and apparently 1. We were right about which was a boy (Easter Bunny) and which was a girl (Beauty) and 2. Beauty is pregnant!
So apparently we're not stopping at 30 animals this year? (Well, one of the poor chicks has a crooked beak and isn't growing and I think we're gonna have to put the poor thing down soon... So maybe only 29 soon)
We headed to a party later in the afternoon (right after I harvested 50 heads of garlic, because sitting down is boring) and this afternoon we have our parish picnic. Whew! The house is a wreck but we've been having fun.
Last week you guys were so helpful with your input on this post - I still haven't quite decided what to order yet, partly because I've got a Stitch Fix maternity shipment scheduled (you can read my first trimester review here), and partly because I got sidetracked when a reader recommended Pink Blush Maternity, and Laura's post got me thinking about it, too... I looked up Pink Blush, and their stuff is so cute! I remembered seeing some fellow bloggers reviewing their clothing, so I emailed them about a collaboration and they sent me a dress yesterday!
Dress: Royal Blue Chiffon Dress c/o Pink Blush
Belt & Shoes: Mine
Bump: 19 weeks
I love it, and I think it's going to be perfect for wearing all the way through to the bitter end of this pregnancy, especially with leggings since after looking at this picture I can see the length is on the short side. It was surprisingly cool because of the material, too - fully lined except for the sleeves, so it works in warmer weather but by the time it hit about 80 this morning, I was ready to change! It stayed in place during Mass when squirmy kids were getting on and off of my lap (a must), too.
Not only did they have SUPER-fast shipping and awesome customer service, but they're letting me give away a $75 gift card to their store! They offer maternity clothes in regular and plus sizes AND regular clothes for regular people, nursing clothes for nursing mamas, and even jewelry, shoes, handbags, you name it. There's something for everyone, so click on over to instagram and enter the giveaway!
Disclosure: I received a free product in exchange for my honest review - I wouldn't have approached Pink Blush if I didn't already know I'd love the products! These opinions are 100% my own :)
Your turn!
Post your outfit details & links or not, regale us all with your children's antics, reflect deeply on the readings, or just do a straight picture post - anything goes as long as you actually wore your outfit to church. The link-up is open until Friday, so you've got plenty of time to add your post!
Just a few ground rules before you link up:
1. Please include a photo of what you wore to church this week.
2. Please link back to this post in the body of your post, so your readers know where to find other posts (posts not mentioning "My Sunday Best" or not linking back to this post will be subject to removal).
3. Please visit some other posts in the link-up & leave a nice comment - this is all about affirming each other and building community, not just link dropping :)
4. Make sure the link you add is a link to your specific post or instagram picture, not just your blog address.
5. Enjoy, and thanks for linking up!
