Well hey there! It's been ages since I did a Stitch Fix review, and I just got myself a box as a birthday present and had to share because my stylist, Alexandra, nailed it.

You saw me in this dress already, but here it is again! I was skeptical right out of the box because maxi dresses are generally too long on me, but this was perfect. I'm a shorty (5'2") and hiked it up a little to tie it higher around my waist, which helped with the length - I think it would still work on someone as tall as 5'6" or 5'7" as well. SO comfy, belly-hiding, nursing-friendly (stretchy neckline), and sleeves? Sold!
Verdict: Keep
Market & Spruce Jenson Embroidery Detail Top (size small, $48 - similar, similar, similar in a bunch of colors and sizes!)
I had forgotten that I even had a Pinterest board linked to my Stitch Fix, but I've been on the lookout for an embroidered top for ages! My stylist noticed, and sent this one - I probably wouldn't have picked it out on my own because I tend to be more attracted to blue & white tops (my closet is comical, you guys. Thanks, Stitch Fix, for helping me branch out!). And I wouldn't have paired it with this skirt originally, but I was trying to take pictures quickly in case the baby woke up so I just wore the same skirt in each picture... And the colors actually work nicely together! It's definitely tummy-hiding, and I'm always looking for sleeveless tops because it gets sooooo hot here. So this was a definite keeper!
Verdict: Keep
I loved this right out of the box and was really hoping it fit - and it did! So so comfy, just the right drape, and polka dots!

Uh...
No.
You guys. This is SO SHORT.
Verdict: NO
Z Supply Demetra V-Neck Pocket Knit Top (size small, $38, similar)
I actually really loved the fit of this, but the neckline was a little low and the pocket was weird and droopy, plus I didn't like the color very much
Verdict: No
Now here's where the funny Stitch Fix math comes in - if you keep all five pieces they send you, you get 25% off your whole box! So it ended up being cheaper for me to keep the whole box *if* I could sell one of the "no" items through a Facebook Stitch Fix group... And the shirt sold immediately! So now I've got the striped dress, and might try to style it like a tunic with leggings? Or I might hang on to it and see if anyone wants to buy!
Have you tried Stitch Fix yet? What are you waiting for?
