1. John Paul rubbing his diaper saying, "Butt Cweeeem" and then rubbing it on his plane, "Butt cweem pwane!" Of course, his plane has a diaper rash and needs cream.
2. John Paul singing the song that I sing when I clip his nails. "Cwip your pointer, cwip your pointer, cwip it off! Cwip it off!" Now he's singing it about his crayons. "Cwip your yeh-whoa, cwip your yeh-whoa. NOW. Cwip your gweeeen. Cwip your gweeeeen."
3. John Paul using his fat crayons as chapstick - I was confused at first, he just kept rubbing them on his lips and saying, "Chap. Sticks! Chap. Sticks!" Then I got it - my mom had let him use her chapstick over the weekend. Apparently crayons are the same thing...
A few things that make me laugh
Sibling love
John Paul just asked me to sit in my lap and hold Cecilia. We rocked in the glider together for a good 5 minutes, John Paul snuggling his head against Cecilia's back, Cecilia sucking on his hand. He spent the whole time chanting, "Snuggle hug... Snuggle hug..."
Then he was a little late going down for his nap because I put her in the swing and went to the bathroom and returned to see her giggling while he jumped up and down and kissed her, and him giggling while she blew raspberries at him.
I kind of feel bad for the next kid whenever he or she comes along - there's no way these two will love another sibling as much as they love each other!

This baby was sleeping so hard that even Mom taking a picture couldn't wake her up:
Of course, if I had tried to get out of bed she would have woken up immediately.
Nothing is sweeter to me than little girls in smocked dresses.
And look at that adorable little wrist roll! I think we've reached the peak of her chunkiness - crawling is probably going to happen in the next few days, and all that activity is bound to slim her down :(
One of these days we need to get a decent camera to capture moments like this.

We've been out of town for a wedding, hence the lack of updates. Here's one of my favorite parts of the drive back this morning:
John Paul's first Burger King crown!
The King takes his throne (car seat) with scepter (carrot) in hand.
And it looks cute upside down, too! He spent about 3 hours wearing/playing with the crown in the car. Gotta love free fun :)

John Paul was snuggling Cecilia on floor when he suddenly grabbed her arm and said, "Arm! Baby Cee-yah arm. One arm, two arms. And one mouf. And two eyes. And two ears. And two snuuuuuuuggles." Then he lay down and snuggled his head into her tummy again.
And again I am baffled by how much this boy loves his sister :)
