Edith pulled her usual trick of flirting with the family behind us and then needing to be removed by the time we got to the Gospel.
Then she spent a while trying to grab the gifts under the giving tree in the lobby, flinging herself to the floor crying when I wouldn't let her (she's learned to temper tantrum like a master), and trying to steal Elizabeth's book.
THEN I put her down and she took two tiny steps. HER FIRST STEPS IN THE MIDDLE OF MASS and I couldn't even say anything because, well, it was the middle of Mass! She turns one on Tuesday and John Paul was SO relieved that she managed to squeak this milestone in right under the wire.

Dress: LulaRoe Nicole
Tights: Boden (30% off today with code CY8H, and free shipping over $49)
Boots: Lucky (on sale today + an extra 20% off, which is the best price I've seen for them!)
I'd been hoping to get a gift guide up for a while, and finally managed to finish my age-by-age gift guide yesterday, so check that out if you're looking for ideas.
A few more Cyber Monday/weekend deals:
Make sure to check out the etsy shops in this post - quite a few of them are running AWESOME weekend deals! 40% off printables at Sweet Little Ones Shop (no code needed), Studio Senn has 20% off with code CHRISTMAS17 , and Flor Larios has 33% off her whole shop with code THANKS2017 .
H&M is having a good sale (30% off $50, free shipping), especially on basics - I picked up these high-waist leggings and they're a nice substantial material, aaaalmost enough to qualify as pants in my book (a little thinner than ponte pants, but definitely thicker than regular leggings). I also grabbed these leggings for the girls, and they're nice and thick + from the Conscious line which I like. Now would also be a good time to stock up on nursing tanks for you and basic shirts for the kids. Also: Star Wars clothes. I got this sweatshirt for John Paul but I'm so tempted by the other offerings!
Looking at other Boden items to push you over the free shipping threshold, this smocked dress is so sweet and totally calling my name, and so is this corduroy pinafore! The sale code doesn't apply to this jersey dress but it's on clearance so already a really excellent deal - I have the green and it's a nice substantial fabric, plus perfect for nursing in.
Bearpaw boots are the only ones I'll buy for the girls now - they're like UGGs in terms of durability and comfort, but MUCH less expensive. Seriously, they're SO hard on shoes and these still look almost new after a year of heavy wear. You can find them on sale at DSW and also Macy's (both with low free shipping minimums).
Your turn!
Post your outfit details & links or not, regale us all with your children's antics, reflect deeply on the readings, or just do a straight picture post - anything goes as long as you actually wore your outfit to church. The link-up is open until Friday, so you've got plenty of time to add your post!
Just a few ground rules before you link up:
1. Please include a photo of what you wore to church this week.
2. Please link back to this post in the body of your post, so your readers know where to find other posts (posts not mentioning "My Sunday Best" or not linking back to this post will be subject to removal).
3. Please visit some other posts in the link-up & leave a nice comment - this is all about affirming each other and building community, not just link dropping :)
4. Make sure the link you add is a link to your specific post or instagram picture (hashtag #mysundaybest and mention me in your caption, @rosiehill425 so I don't miss it!), not just your blog address.
5. Enjoy, and thanks for linking up!
