Okay, I don't get a whole lot of pictures of my "boys" because I've got Andrew (the big one) and John Paul, who never holds still to have his picture taken! I thought we could get some awesome pictures yesterday with all of Colleen's boys (real-life blogger meetup, what WHAT?), but our camera battery was dead and Andrew got a total of 2 pictures on his phone... Both of which have Maggie in them!
So I give you... My boys in old pictures!
The day John Paul was born - look at that "new dad" look! Greasy hair courtesy 60 hours of labor... But that's a story for another day.
That look! And those monstrous feet... John Paul had a 15-inch head, hence the 60 hours of labor...
Still learning how to deal with this "new baby" thing.
Tickling!
And my all-time favorite picture of my boys?
Easter 2012 - matching seersucker and bow ties.
Linking up with Cari & Clan Donaldson for Theme Thursday!
Excellent series!! Each photo really captures a moment, especially your husband on the couch! I know that look!
ReplyDeleteAnd 60 hours? OOOOOUUUCCCHH!
Yikes, 60 hours! That's rough.
ReplyDeleteI love the seersucker picture, too. It inspired a whole blog post for me. :)
By the way, I also love the new look of your blog up there at the top. What gorgeous kids you have!
Thanks! I'm still tweaking - need to find a decent picture of John Paul but kiddo just won't stay still or make non-stupid faces!
DeleteSeersucker suits?! Tickling? You've got it all here! Love it!
ReplyDeleteOh, and a 15 inch head?! That boy better be a mom lover! :) BTW, one of my brothers had a 15 inch head, and my mom said he was the most difficult labor of all her 11 children. He's a priest now, though, so he's making up for it by getting her a free pass to heaven. ;)
Well hopefully that's where John Paul's heading - kiddo is doing a LOT to help me to heaven, that's for sure! And compared to him, the other babies have been a snap to push out :P
DeleteOh my. 60 hours compared to my 6. Newfound respect. Love the picture series. =)
ReplyDeleteI bet 6 comes with its own set of problems, though. Maybe some day I'll have a short labor!
DeleteLove it all! Especially the last one!
ReplyDeleteWonderful photo series, and the new banner looks great!
ReplyDeleteI love your boys!
ReplyDeleteOh my, those suits are incredible!! Love the pictures and that deer-in-the-headlights look. Great job.
ReplyDeleteSeersucker is my all-time favorite, I think. Or maybe argyle... It's a hard call!
DeleteI love that "new dad" look..yep..totally familiar with that one.
ReplyDelete60 hours of labor! 15 inch head! Oh my!! He sure is cute though!
-Amelia
Thank goodness for that! Otherwise we might have been hesitant to have so many more so quickly!
DeleteHaha Chris and Ryan are my "boys," too. And you know I love those suits!
ReplyDeleteI love looking at newborns and their dad's.
ReplyDeleteIt's so awesome to capture that new dad look - nothing like it!
DeleteStill cannot get over the seersucker suits. Every time I see them, I click away from your blog and start running searches for suits for my boys.
ReplyDeleteThey go out of stock so quickly too! Next time I'm totally stocking up in every size :P
DeleteSo sweet! All of them! And love the new header. Looks so good.
ReplyDeleteI love seersucker. And the New Dad face is priceless!
